SPRING IS FULL
OF FAVORITES.
CHOOSE YOURS.
If we had to choose a favorite season, spring would be in our top four. That's why our biannual food and wine event is happening right now. Three courses, one wine flight, with so much fresh to celebrate.
NAPA VALLEY FOR THE WIN
Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc blends grapes from family vineyards located less than 10 miles apart but each with distinctly different characteristics. A crisp minerality from one and fresh citrus notes from the other. Bright and lively, it's a perfect companion for seafood.
Recommended Pairing: Crab–Stuffed Shrimp
3 REGIONS, 2 CLIMATES, 1 UNIQUE PINOT NOIR
Sea Sun by Caymus Pinot Noir celebrates California's diversity of land and the influence of the Pacific Ocean. Blending grapes of three different counties – Monterey, Solano and Santa Barbara – it features bright red fruit and spice flavors.
Recommended Pairing: Chicken Ravioli with Porcini Mushroom Broth
A FOREVER FAVORITE COMPLETES THE TRIO
Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship wine that began it all for Chuck Wagner and his family nearly 50 years ago. Experience the rich, ripe fruit flavors with hints of cedar and sweet spice that make up the Caymus signature style.
Recommended Pairing: Wood–Grilled Prime Sirloin
WHEN SPRING CALLS, CAYMUS FAMILY WINES ANSWER.
wine flight • 1800
Our Root & Vine wine flight features Caymus wines including two new to us. This trio of versatile wines from some of Napa's most respected vineyards was hand–selected to pair with our three–course event menu. But what's to stop you from enjoying them with something else? Not a thing.
